Items may be returned during the first 30 days after shipment, for credit as
follows:
A: Factory Defect
or Error: Item must be returned by customer within the first 30 days of
invoice for full credit for merchandise (minus freight charges) - Or customer
may receive an original replacement shipment at no charge once item is
returned.
B: Customer Ordering Error: Subject
to a 15%, or $15.00 restocking fee (whichever is greater) plus all shipping
charges incurred by Everything Offroad (this includes products that shipping was
included in the total price). No refunds on freight charges, including products
with "SHIPPING INCLUDED". Customer will be responsible for return shipping and
return shipping charges. Merchandise must be in NEW, RE-SALEABLE condition - If
product has been installed you may not be issued a refund or a credit.
C: Customized products are non-returnable, non-refundable and
non-exchangeable. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO
RETURNS on customized products because of customer ordering error.
D: Returns for Refunds: Subject to a 15%, or $15.00 restocking fee
(whichever is greater) plus all shipping charges incurred by Everything Offroad
(this includes products that shipping was included in the total price). No
refunds on freight charges, including products with "SHIPPING INCLUDED". Plus,
you will be responsible for return shipping and return shipping charges.
Merchandise must be in NEW, RE-SALEABLE condition - If product has been
installed you may not be issued a refund or credit.
E: Electronic items are
NON-RETURNABLE or EXCHANGEABLE if opened from original packaging.
(Unless they are defective or damaged during shipping, in which case we will
help you with obtaining a replacement). You may be required to send the
electronics to the original manufacturer for replacement.

Sale of closeout items are final. Only defective closeout items may be returned
for credit.
